Nath cradles her body on a spinning metal pole in the shape of a fetus. Behind her are windows showing the apartment building across the street

Nath has a deep rooted fascination with reproductive justice and sensual/sexual wellness.

Pole dancing is a movement tool that has guided her towards her own form of liberation— a deeper connection to her body, a stronger sense of autonomy over her body, and the feeling of safety in her body. Waving 🌊 has also been a movement style that’s connected her more deeply to the rhythm of nature because just like nature, our bodies can be malleable amidst profound shifts— if we let it.

As a certified Postpartum Doula, Nath guides the birthing person and/or their partner(s) to easefully go through the transformation that is the postpartum experience.

Postpartum is a broad term that includes scenarios where a baby isn’t present. Learn more about Nath’s offerings and sliding scale options.

Originally from NYC, Nath is now based in Potawatomi Land (Chicago) working at an abortion access organization where she supports people facing barriers getting to and from their abortion appointments. This role allows her to bring a non-judgmental and trauma-informed approach to her practice. Nath hopes to bridge the gap between her love for movement, bodily autonomy, and providing emotional support and wellness education for those going through a significant transition.

She’s expanding her dance journey with waving 🌊, another movement teacher reminding her that, like the ocean, flow can be accessed in the resistance. Let’s work together to ease you through the transition.
