Dancer, Abortion Access Organizer

& Postpartum Doula

About Nath (she/her/ella)

Nath, an Afro-Latina woman with dark brown hair put up into space buns, is sitting casually on a bright purple backdrop. She's wearing a green and white polka dot tube top, green cargo pants, and brown sneakers.

Nath collaborates with clients to ritualize their new life postpartum by using her embodiment and creative practices as a dancer and trauma-informed care skills as an abortion access organizer.

Dancing has become a big part of Nathalie’s life and has been the missing thread to finding her way back to her passion for bodily autonomy, reproductive justice, and wellness. Guiding people towards feeling safe and at home in their bodies— especially while navigating big life transitions like postpartum life— is the foundation of Nath’s work. Nath can provide in person support in Chicago, where she is now based, as well as virtual clients. Her training includes a Postpartum Doula certification and a course on somatics where she studied how to embody autonomy and be sovereign inside of a coercive system.
